Today’s navigation devices all lead you safely to Roseggerstrasse 54 in 2500 Baden. There is ample free parking near the house.

Charging station for e-cars

A charging station for our guests with electric cars is located on the property. Simply open the entrance gate and plug in. You need a credit card or charging card, which is also accepted by other EVN charging stations.

Vacation without a car

How to reach us by public transport. Bus line A connects you to the train station in Baden in about 5 minutes. But it is also a very nice walk of only 11 minutes. The train connection to Vienna is highly scheduled and connects the two cities in just 27 minutes.

Electric scooter

ou can also travel comfortably with an ÖBB TIER e-scooter. The city of Baden has set up special parking spaces, hubs, for these shared e-scooters at touristically relevant locations, one of which is located directly opposite your accommodation. “Wegfinder-App” from ÖBB is required.

Bicycle parking

You can safely connect the bikes you have brought with you to our massive bike stand in the garden. (holiday by bike)

Children's playground

Via the quiet Langenfeldergasse (to the south) you can reach a public playground in 5 minutes on foot, where children can relax from the journey.

Cot

A baby cot is possible in Apartment Christa for a surcharge. Please contact us directly in this regard.

Check in / check out

Check-in is possible at any time from 4 p.m. on the day of arrival. Since you will receive a personal code for your apartment, you can also check in as late as you like. Your code is valid until 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. We kindly ask you to vacate the apartment by 10:00 a.m.

Access for guests

The entrance gate leads to the inner courtyard and the garden for guests. The apartments on the upper floors can be reached via an open staircase and arcades, the classic Pawlatsche.

Shopping in the area

With Spar (Vöslauer Straße 54) and Penny-Markt (Vöslauer Straße 48), two supermarkets for your daily needs can be reached within a 10-minute walk.
A bakery at the corner of Vöslauer Straße / Trennerstraße can be reached in just 7 minutes on foot.

Herbs in the garden

The house has its own herb garden and you are invited to use rosemary, basil, thyme as well as the other herbs. Please also water something if necessary 😉

Badener VIP-Card

As our guests, you will receive a Baden VIP card, which gives you discounted or free admission to spa, concerts, guided hikes, wine hikes and various museums. The VIP card is in the apartment.
