Bookings
Our bookings, including those on our homepage, are managed in the Beds24 software from MPK systems lt. It is a property management system including a booking system and the channel manager, which is based on the cloud and secure SSL technology and is used by all well-known portals such as Booking or Airnbnb. MPK System Ltd. is a well-known company and complies with all German and European data protection regulations and the highest security standards. Necessary customer data for contract processing
We process the following of your data as part of our services:
Master data such as name and address, telephone number, email, booking data such as length of stay and apartment category, bank details, meta/communication data such as IP addresses
The processing of this data is necessary in order to provide the services offered and to communicate with you as well as to subsequently bill for the services provided, which comply with the GDPR, Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter b.
Data retention – and duration, data erasure
We keep your personal data until our services have been fully rendered and the bills have been paid by you, including the resolution of any disputes and the detection or prevention of fraud. The personal data provided to us are subject to this data protection declaration. If you have any questions about the specific retention periods, please contact us directly.
The data processed by us will be deleted in accordance with Articles 17 and 18 GDPR as soon as they have fulfilled the purpose described above, provided no statutory retention periods are specified. The data subject to the legal deadlines are only processed for the legally intended purpose, such as: based on commercial and tax regulations.
