Albizia Apartments
The Albizia apartment house was built in 1909 in the Baden architectural style and lovingly restored in 2022. Great importance was attached to the preservation of historical elements such as box windows, coffered doors, arcades, etc..
The apartment house is located at a quiet crossroads in an exclusive residential area of the spa town of Baden.
It is a 15-minute walk to the city centre, the main train station and the Baden train to Vienna. Bus stop and TIER e-scooter hub are in front of the house. A public, nice children’s playground is 300m (towards Langenfeldergasse).
Albizia Apartments
All apartments offer access to terraces in the garden, a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, hob, oven, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker and kettle, as well as a smart TV, air conditioning and Wi-Fi.
A private bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer is also provided.
Apartment Anja
Romantic apartment Anja has 44 m2 and can be reached on the ground floor via two small steps.
From the entrance you enter the kitchen with dining table.
On the right back you go into the private bathroom, on the left into the master bedroom with double bed and further on into another bedroom with two single beds.
Apartment Elsa
From the entrance you enter the kitchen with dining table.
On the right back you go into the private bathroom, on the left into the first bedroom with two single beds and further on into the master bedroom with a double bed.
Apartment Katja
From the entrance you enter the kitchen with dining table.
To the right you enter the bathroom.
To the left you enter the bedroom with a double bed.
Apartment Lara
From the entrance you first enter an anteroom and then the kitchen with dining table.
After that follows the bedroom with a double bed and further on it goes to the bathroom.
Apartment Christa
From the entrance you first reach an anteroom.
To the right, two steps lead to the master bedroom with double bed.
To the left is the kitchen-living room with dining table and sofa bed.
Further on you reach the private bathroom.
Apartment Hannelore
From the entrance you first enter an anteroom and then the kitchen with dining table.
Also from the anteroom you reach a separate toilet.
From the kitchen you go right into the master bedroom with double bed and left into another bedroom with bunk bed.
There is also another dining table and access to the spacious, private bathroom.
